Juices (of any kind) - It is best if juices are freshly squeezed; but if you choose bottled, canned or frozen be sure they are 100% juices and are not cocktails, drinks or "juice beverages" that are full of sugars and artificial flavorings and colours.
I have my own juicer and am on a juice cleanse at the moment. I juice daily and choose to include leafy green vegetables in all of my juice making. Normally, I use either carrots, or apples as a base, then add greens and perhaps garlic, ginger depending on what I feel like and what my body needs.

When I have completed making the juice I am left with the vegetable/fruit pulp. I have always wondered what can be done with it as sometimes there is a lot left behind!. So here goes, I have two recipes that yourself or your family would eat and enjoy so I thought I would share them.

Method:
Continue baking at 120 C. for 30 – 60 minutes.The longer in the oven, the crispier the crackers get.
